National, 23 April 2026: IndiGo, India’s preferred airline, has further strengthened its Gujarat network with the launch of daily, direct flights between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, Mumbai, and Jamnagar, effective today. The service is operated using IndiGo’s Airbus A320 aircraft, offering customers a convenient and seamless travel option between the two cities.
This addition is part of IndiGo’s ongoing expansion in Gujarat, where the airline now operates from six key cities — Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, and Jamnagar. With over 700 weekly departures from the state, IndiGo provides direct connectivity to more than 30 domestic destinations, along with seamless one-stop connections to over 40 international cities including Singapore, Bangkok, Nairobi, Shanghai, and London.
Jamnagar holds strategic importance within this network, supported by its well-established ports and strong presence in energy, petrochemicals, and manufacturing sectors. The new route enhances connectivity between Jamnagar and Mumbai — India’s financial and commercial capital — while also enabling convenient onward travel across IndiGo’s extensive domestic and global network.
Customers can plan and book their travel via IndiGo’s official website, mobile app, or authorised travel partners. Additionally, travellers can personalise their journey with services such as UpFront and Flexi, offering preferred seating, complimentary snacks, and flexible cancellation options.
